  Seemed like every other Outback we’ve been to except the potato soup didn’t seem the same. Not quite as good. But everything else seemed good.

  I think it's just this location, and a recent downturn. We were seated out quickly for a Mother's Day, but now I know why. After ordering it took over an hour for our food to come out, and be cold. My medium steak was rare, my wife's well done steak was charred. My son's burger wasn't cooked all the way through. The table next to us also waited an hour and when theirs arrived the kitchen had decided to switch the mashed potatoes with baked because the mashed weren't available. All in all, very disappointing. They weren't going to comp the meal until my wife insisted. The manager finally relented.

  food was great. salads were great size. server was nice but she honestly just wasn’t that good. i paid for extra bread to go, she brought it, but with no butter. in my head, since it’s brought to the table with butter, it should come with butter to go. if you order take out, it comes with butter. when i asked for butter, she told me it would be a minute because she had “like 10 drinks to get.” i ended up asking a very sweet busser to get the butter for me. she got it with no problem. i wish staff would utilize their coworkers more if they need help. this was 5/9.

  Granted, it was Mother's Day, but the kitchen clearly could not keep up. After hearing numerous complaints from those around us waiting 45-60 minutes for food, we cancelled our order. We would have appreciated a heads up before we ordered or an apology for the back-up when we referenced the delay to our server. Even more, we would have appreciated not being charged for the side salad - that seems punitive. Bottom line, ask your server about wait times BEFORE ordering!!

  I placed a to-go order picked it up and realized on my way home that both my appetizers almost $40 worth of food was missing called drove all the way back and was met with a rather rude Hostess / server that just went here no apologies no nothing just made me feel like I was somehow inconveniencing her for coming back for my food that I had already paid for that she had forgot to make sure it was in my bag which again I'm pretty sure that's what she's paid to do. Beyond disappointed and will definitely never be going to this location if any Outback Steakhouse ever again. This is absolutely ridiculous you can't complain about people not coming to your establishments when this is the kind of service you get
