  Absolute disaster of a visit. I ordered through the mobile app for drive-thru pickup with no issues placing the order. When I got to the second window, the employee asked me to pull forward. I asked how long the wait would be and was told “no more than two or three minutes.” After waiting 15 minutes, I parked and went inside to ask where my food was. It was handed to me immediately, but nearly a third of the order was missing. On top of that, the fries had been placed upside down in the bag, so the bottom of the bag was full of loose fries. I genuinely do not know what kind of clowns are running this location, but every single visit seems to turn into some kind of issue. Long waits, missing food, careless packaging, and zero urgency. At this point, it feels like basic competence is too much to ask for from this store.

  To be honest, the Cedar street.McDonald's has very rude customer service and they never have enough employees.Everyone is always on the drive through honking the horn.And at the front door yelling for orders

  EVERYTIME. I order delivery there is something wrong. They forget my ranch EVERYTIME. They forget my straw 50%. It’s not a hard job. It’s not rocket science. You put stuff in a bag. I always order extra ranch, which is a waste of money because they always forget it. Never going to this location again. You are all warned. Don’t do delivery from here.
