  Restaurant and bathrooms were disgusting looking. Food was cold and took forever for a manager to finally come up front to do a refund

  Was there just before 8pm. No wait inside. No clean tables and only 1 person at a table.Got napkins and water to clean a table. Can't order unsweetened iced tea from kiosk for either to go or dine in (try and order an unsweetened tea). Order did not come with a cup when delivered so staff asked what size. Said medium but he came cack with a small cup. Both ketchup dispensers were empty. Fries were hot and sandwich was good. A guy came in and tried to get counter attention to order but could not get anyone so he left talking about No service. Just a frustrating experience all around.

  wildly unprofessional staff. was berated by a man who appeared to be a manager for not pulling my car up far enough. i was told a specific point to drive to, and then waited 10 minutes for a smoothie. i was then told to pull up further, which i did. manager then comes outside and rudely tells me that i need to pull up more.

  I went in and had great customer service. Employees, Kiara & Areia. Delivered my food to my table in like 6 mins. They had a line in drive thru so I went in knowingit might be a wait. But it was very fast service. My kids enjoyed the play place. I went right after rush hour. So i get that the lobby was needing to be cleaned and recovered. But other than that staff was on top of delivering great fast

  I hate to do this because I know the owners here when the company had been sold from Mike it use to be a good store , but multiple times I have came and have had issues with a older gentleman I believe he is either the manager or gm every time I have gone in there while he’s been there he has been argumentative or just simply rude today it was about a 4 piece that I had ordered along with happy meal nuggets he told me I only ordered one (the happy meal) but I also ordered the McDouble meal deal that has nuggets as well 4 to be clear I gave him my recipet he wanted my bags back so I asked for different fries because I know for a fact you are NOT spouse to ask for the food back (I worked there for 6 years I know this is a rule) he then also got mad about that his whole demeanor and attitude about the encounter was just horrible it was just as simple as looking at my recipet and giving me the item I had ordered when I had proof I had ordered it it’s just not the way things should have been handled at all
