I understand the sourdough you use is MASSIVE but I cannot imagine serving this to someone like seriously? This location is always hit or miss. My coffee is yucky today but usually alright and unfortunately this sandwich is best fed to the birds

I ordered a large coffee and clearly said I wanted “5 and 5” — 5 sugars and 5 creams. There was only one person inside and me at the drive-thru, but somehow it still wasn’t remembered. I ended up with a coffee without sugar, drove off, and now I have to throw it away because I can’t drink it. I understand that mistakes can happen, but they really shouldn’t. I can understand if someone is having a bad day, not feeling well, or just being distracted — but why does this keep happening to me?
