The crossiant also, it was raw, but also toasted at the same time?, I don’t understand how that could even happen. The only good thing about my order today was my drink, a medium French vanilla iced latte. Other than that, all the other times I’ve come in the donuts were stale to the point of where they’d just crumble in my mouth, Eugh! I will not be returning to this Dunkin. Do better

What im not happy with is the way I have seen the management and higher ups treat the workers below them. From seeing them scream in their face that they are not going fast enough to getting in their way while there are 10 people in the lobby and more in the drive through, the management of this establishment seems to be doing everything in their power to make this an absolutely miserable place to work. It's no wonder each employee I've had the delight to interact with is over their head in stress and sweat. The fact that its always sweltering hot in there, more so than any food place should be during this time of year. They are always out of something, no matter what day it is, so the manager who is handling the truck orders is doing an absolutely horrendous job. Overall, the staff is doing an amazing job with the absolute worst management they ever could have been given. They've always handled my order as fast as they could and have done it with minimal issues, so I give each and every one of them kudos for that. But otherwise, I wont be coming back here as I will not support a business that thinks its alright to treat their staff the way I have witnessed this dunkins staff get treated.
