On May 10, 2026 my daughter wanted to come to this location to recognize her birthday with me and my husband. The best part of our whole experience was being able to make the reservation and playing the games with our daughter. The first issue was when London, who was our server requested that we leave our ID if we wanted to go an play the games before our meals came out because of dine and dashers. First of all, if that is your policy, then it should be posted. Second of all, it should have went for every table that he served but it did not. We are dark skinned and it appeared that he only made that request to us while those that did not look like us left their table to play games. It seemed like he made sure that he kept an eye on us the whole time that we were there in fact, he came to "check on us" about 8 times while we ate. He was also condescending. It almost felt like we were low class citizens. For me, the icing on the cake was about my husband's drink. He ordered a strawberry lemonade. When London decided to come and see if we wanted refills my husband said yes. My husband thought that he was going to bring him a refill of the same drink that he had. Nope. He brought him a regular lemonade. My husband looked very confused. London then proceeded to say that he could give free refills on the regular lemonade but not the strawberry lemonade. I guess that he thought that we were broke and could not afford to pay full price for a strawberry lemonade. He did not even ask my husband if he wanted his refill to be a regular lemonade. At this point we both decided that London did not deserve a tip and we always tip. I will not be coming back to this location no time soon. I don't like to be judged by what I look like and someone assuming that we can't afford to eat there. My advice to London, if there is a certain group of people that you want to serve, then you need to make sure that you only have those people in your area. And just because someone wears a sweat suit and not a business suit, don't think that they don't have money.

Hark! I, a humble patron of the realm, do hereby proclaim my utmost praise for Sir Trent, a master of the culinary arts within the grand halls of Dave & Buster’s. Whilst many sing ballads of knights and noble lords, few speak of the valiant souls who toil behind the hearth—and yet, it is here that Sir Trent reigneth supreme. With fire as his ally and steel as his instrument, he conjures feasts most splendid, fit for kings and conquerors alike. On this day, I did partake of his creations, and lo—the flavors did strike mine senses as lightning upon the battlefield. Each bite, a triumph. Each morsel, a tale of glory. Truly, this was no mere meal, but a banquet worthy of legend. Let it be known across the land: though he bears no crown, Sir Trent is indeed a lord among cooks. Should ye find thyself within these walls, pray thee hope that fate grants thee a dish touched by his hand. Five stars? Nay—five shining sigils of honor upon his name. Godspeed, Sir Trent. May thy skillet never falter and thy flame burn eternal.

This is a newer D&B location that opened up in Lansing about a year ago. My son's friend celebrated a birthday party here. Great place to take your kids for entertainment. Over half the floor has several different modern video games to play. The food, drinks and service were excellent. Our server was courteous, professional, and efficient. Visually stimulating decor and energizing atmosphere. Highly recommend...be prepared to spend a little extra money here, but definately worth it!

Called in just to have a quick chat about prices, when I met a heaven-sent savior by the name of Chase. This being, who calls himself Chase, has the intelligence of an omniscient creature. Chase is not bound by human laws or ideology. Chase is worthy of committing idolatry. Chase, you are all that is good in the world. I’d even go as far as to say you are the goat. Thank you for everything you’ve given me.
