Friendly atmosphere. Had a table of 9, reserved a spot online but didn’t really need it with a 5p arrival on a Thursday. No complaints on the food, other than the kids chicken tenders were pretty bland. Left the table for almost an hour to play games and nothing was bothered. Wasn’t too busy and easy to get on games. Staff were all chill and nice. Anyone wanting to watch a game or something, many big TVs throughout. I just wish there was sitting areas in the gaming area so parents could sit to watch their kids, and not have to be on the opposite side of the building, or be over walking around with the kids (which is fine) just felt bad using up a table where we could of cashed out and went to sit on the other side while the kids played and adults played on/off.

Server was great - informative, helped identify the best deal for food + gaming time/credits, quick and efficient, great with kids (wish I could recall his name!). Food was OK - good, not great, but everyone was satisfied. Gaming area was mostly clean - disappointed in the adults leaving glasses with beer or alcohol where kids can grab. Relatively new facility but already had multiple machines unavailable due to maintenance.

First time ever being here was excited to take my 11yr old here for her bday I figured she would love the games n food better then Chuck E. Cheese’s because she’s older came in got our play cards the arcade part was awesome no issues then we came to the dinning area got seated and had a server with a bad attitude we had explained that we had bought our card up front and he/she said do you have a receipt I said no I had got it upfront then it proceeds to say this why you don’t buy the cards upfront then asked us well what do you want like seriously and servers complain how they don’t get any tips well not with a whack ass attitude the manager came over and gave us our receipt from buying the play n eat combo the food was great no issues we will definitely be back but I will ask for a different server for sure it’s fun here the food is great!!!!

No one came to our table and ask if we wanted anything. My son and I went and played games while my husband sat at a table and all the waitresses and a bartender walked passed him. Not even greeting him! And my husband was the only black person in that area. This is our second time here and all I can say is wow!! The service is not good at all. And the atmosphere comes off not colored people friendly. We ended up going to eat somewhere else! RESPECT.

So I was pretty disappointed the other night when I came to have a date night with my boyfriend after a long recovery post surgery. I did not have my wheelchair with me and the manager assumed I was intoxicated due to needing the support from my boyfriend to walk around and refused to serve me alcohol. While I understand the right to refuse service, I do not appreciate being discriminated against in this way and find it quite unethical. Here you see me with a bottle of coke IN my wheelchair at another establishment as I am currently disabled but can walk short distances and stand with support. So we decided to take our business to Pinball Pete’s for games and a local spot for food. It was a much better experience and more cost effective. I should not have to prove my disability. This assumption is disrespectful. This is against ADA guidelines. I will not be returning to this Dave and Busters, which is disappointing as I recently moved closer to this location and it is a longtime favorite of mine as I used to go to another location back where I lived that gave me no issues.
