  Went there earlier today 5/19/26 for lunch. The ordering took forever and the staff were slightly confused. It’s newly opening so it’s whatever I didn’t mind it. Got to the window there was an extra side of salad added to my order they took care of that too. We went to the parking lot to wait as told, got our food and started eating. They forgot straws even though we ordered 3 drinks, there were no sauces. Lastly, there was mold on my bun 😢 honestly a very dramatic lunch lol. Probably will never come back. I did talked to the Manager and they ended up just refunding my order.

  First time ordering from there and never coming back terrible service. Had to go back because they forgot my kids food. Never , again.

  For this place only being open for the 2nd day. They are lightning fast and orders were right. The staff was super friendly. I even got a free drink because they made 1 too many. Love the new Holt Chick-fil-A

  Amazing customer service Chicken taste delicious right on the temperature, got my order correct and exactly what I order great crew at chick fila always respectful they can teach other restaurants how to do customer service which is lacking on the fast food joint.

  Today, we visit Chick-fil-A Opening in South Side Lansing and had a very good experience. The staff were friendly, respectful, and helpful. Our food was fresh, hot, and delicious. The restaurant was also clean and organized. We appreciated the fast service and welcoming atmosphere. Thank you for making our visit enjoyable. We will definitely come back again soon!.
