- MMMelvinMay 5, 20265.0Great service. Other than a site, almost argument over who wasn't going to make my ice cream. Other than that literally only stopped in for ice cream but phenomenal went above and beyond made everyone's night. Kids were happy good job.

I should’ve look more in detail because it was expired, but last time I tried to use an expired one I was told they’d be happy to honor it. So I was expecting it to be honored like a past visit. When I handed the card to the employee at the window she scanned it, flipped it over and said “this expired the 30th of last month so i can’t take it” my response was “oh i didn’t realize” she responded “did you still want that sandwich then or no” with a less than pleasant attitude. so i paid for it (and the rest of my items) and left. so do they honor expired coupons? not sure. doesn’t really matter too much but would love a clear answer to avoid any issues/attitude going forward. would happily spend my money elsewhere though

Spit that out and the first three I tried were like that so if that is the chicken y'all switched to its disgusting. Wasted my entire lunch and money on food not edible. Par for the course these days. Service of course was good, food disgusting.

I’ve gotten sick from last two times I’ve eaten at this specific one, and never have issues with other Chik-Fil-A chains. For the price and the lack of quality nowadays, just not the best option (not that my opinion will add up to much). Aside from that the service is incredible as always, you can tell that everyone for the most part is a hard worker and cares.
