  It’s midnight on a Sunday you know I’m hungry. I waited forever in the drive thru which would have been okay if my order had been correct the young lady working drive thru made me repeat my order 2x #2 add cheddar with a crinkle fry. My fries hot sandwich had to reheat in the microwave and guess what no cheddar just got out of work hadn’t ate in 8 hrs called back the manager lady said oh well she didn’t charge you for cheddar and blew me off no good food or customer service in Lansing anymore.

  Poor quality food!!! I ordered the new Philly steak in cheese sandwich. My bread was burnt. My steak was burnt. The veggies was burnt, It was a meal they did not bring me my drink a lemonade with no ice! I also bought a kid's meal for my kid, I asked them to cut the sandwich in half they did not cut the sandwich in half, but I realized how small the sandwich was So I ended up ripping it in the half. Overall the food was trash!!! Was not a good first time eating Arby's experience!

  Do the employees get a kickback on not giving the customer what they asked for? I even told them to unchangeable me at the microphone that I was A LOT of Arby's sauce. The I look in the bag and theres 4 or 5 or 6 packets. That's not a lot. I swear the service in THIS PARTICULAR ARBYS IS ALWAYS BAD. BAD!

  Do not order from the app and come here they do NOT refund you when they tell you they are out of roast beef they could not make out meals and literally did not refund us. They give you a number and say here’s the manager and that person says they will but guess what they never actually do..

  Placed a mobile pickup order and they had it ready like 3 minutes early, the beef was extra tender and the cheddar was extra hot. And since I ordered through the app I got a free extra sandwich. Definitely got an extra morale boost to finish my day and will for sure head back again. The drive thru guy also took the extra couple seconds to say “hope you have a great day”
