  Ordered 2 meals both with crinkle cut fries and got the bottom of the bag terrible testing heat lamp tasting with mix of curly and other remnants of burnt pieces. The roast beef gyro was luke warm at best was not able to finish. Orange cream shake is the only bright spot on this visit. Will not be returning to this location.

  The ambiance was not up to standard, and the interior appeared dated. While food service was exceptionally prompt, the dishes were not served at an optimal temperature, suggesting they were not freshly prepared.

  The food was good as usual but Jasmine's hospitality was absolutely phenomenal! Her service didn't stop after she took our payment. I have never been to a fast food restaurant and had the staff walk through and offer to clear our trash or bring us extra napkins. She deserves the recognition and my family appreciates her!

  I stop at this location regularly the food is always good, but the service is poor. Understaffed at the counter as it takes a while to place an order. Not sure where the friendly staff is people are mentioning in other reviews. Also, asking for additional sauce on to go orders is like pulling teeth!

  I love Arby's and have never had issues with the customer service before. Today 5/17@7pm, , I walked in, and very nice, polite gentleman at the counter took my order. However, the smaller white guy working the drive-thru started making fun of the order I placed. All other 3 guys tried to tell him to stop. But looks like he made bad comments about people at the drive through as well.. I ordered 3 Greek gyros with double meat(with nothing else/plain), and he kept saying things like, “Who ordered this?” and making comments about what that person must look like. Then he handed me my order as if he hadn’t just said those things. I told him, “Just to answer your question — a real man eats meat.” But honestly, comments like that are unprofessional and unnecessary. It only takes one rude employee to lose loyal customers.
