  I love Arby's and have never had issues with the customer service before. Today 5/17@7pm, , I walked in, and very nice, polite gentleman at the counter took my order. However, the smaller white guy working the drive-thru started making fun of the order I placed. All other 3 guys tried to tell him to stop. But looks like he made bad comments about people at the drive through as well.. I ordered 3 Greek gyros with double meat(with nothing else/plain), and he kept saying things like, “Who ordered this?” and making comments about what that person must look like. Then he handed me my order as if he hadn’t just said those things. I told him, “Just to answer your question — a real man eats meat.” But honestly, comments like that are unprofessional and unnecessary. It only takes one rude employee to lose loyal customers.

  The meat and 3 box was good, but I wish I could have sat down and ate with the two guys I came in with. Took both their orders and made both their food before taking my order. We all have the exact same outfit on, its obvious we are together. Now im going to have to rush and eat while the guys I work with wait for me

  I love how Arby's keeps recreating classic sandwiches but only in a mediocre, cheap on the meat kind of way, when they're the one who advertises that they got the meats. Smh
