  My family eats here pretty regularly. And normally the crew is pretty helpful and friendly but today was different. To hear a staff member complaining about working in itself isn’t a great start. But then to talk to a member and the saying lights on nobody is home is a fitting description here. Maybe someone would have been home if she didn’t have the headset on one ear and a headphone in the other. My partner asked for a cup carrier which went ignored so we left. The cherry on the cake was her yelling across the restaurant that I have an attitude. Why yes I do because this isn’t how you interact with the public. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with Arby’s, which is bizarre due to the entire staff was sitting down.

  Dirty. Sticky floors, disgusting doors 🤢, no greeting when I walked in. Every worker was literally on their phone. I was picking up an Uber Eats that was ready and waiting on the shelf. On the bright side, I felt the food through the bag. It was hot and fresh, but me personally I wouldn’t even trust their kitchen with how dirty the front was yuck. Not a welcoming or friendly atmosphere at all

  The dim lights made the atmosphere incredibly romantic with my 2 husbands we fed eachother food and kissed in the back so amazing gay guy with 2 husbands out like and subscribe

  I went through the drive through and ordered 2 cheddar cups for $1 each. There is maybe a teaspoon of cheese. I tried to call the location on Martin Luther King, and after 3 tries A man answered, I started to tell him calmly, about the cheddar cups, and he hung up on me! Terrible experience. Sick of the BS from fast food!!!!
