- PWPaige Woodard6 days ago5.0We love this location! Victoria with the pink hair has been our favorite brewista so far!!! She was so kind and gave our girls some love while we waited for our drinks (not a long wait at all!!!) The drinks are consistently so good and we’ve never had any complaints!
- CLCassie LynchSep 22, 20265.0Absolutely love this place! May be part of the reason I have no money but that’s okay and totally worth it!! Everyone there is always so friendly and kind. Have yet to have a bad experience here!! Thank you Lansing 7Brew Team!!!
- SRShelby RaySep 20, 20265.0We had such a great experience! Our server Bella was absolutely wonderful so kind, friendly, and attentive. She really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. The atmosphere was upbeat, welcoming, and such a fun environment. Bella definitely made our visit a 5/5 and we’ll be happy to come back again! ☕️💕
- GGGabbySep 18, 20263.0My coffee is never consistent and all I get is a latte with caramel. Also either wipe off the bottom of my drink or give me a napkin. Idk why the workers are even skeptical that I would need the bottom of it wiped off its always covered in milk then they never clean the bottom properly. Just wipe the cup and let me move on with my day.
- LEluiza estevesSep 16, 20265.0Aiden P. and Sophie are THE BEST 7 Brew workers ever!!! 🥹 They are both seriously the sweetest, kindest, and most genuine people. Their customer service skills are absolutely off the charts!! They make every interaction feel so welcoming and positive, and they are insanely good at building customer rapport and making people feel remembered and appreciated. You can genuinely tell they care about the customers and take pride in what they do. They deserve all the recognition because employees like them make such a huge difference in the overall experience. Honestly, Aiden and Sophie deserve a promotion AND a raise!!! 👏🏼 They are absolute gems and 7 Brew is lucky to have them!! ❤️
