- KJKat JMay 1, 20261.0Waited for over 30 minutes for our food and everything was cold the person taking orders wouldn't let us buy a toy without a meal separate and stated they just don't do that and was extremely rude then mentioned to the other worker to make us park. Instead we sat at the window waiting for cold food for over 30 minutes. We will be calling HR asap. Horrible service always.

Their screens are broken so you can barely see the menu, and their staff friendliness is subpar at best. They should work with the managers on Alexis rd location to learn how to better run their franchise.
