- KKKiannkaMay 9, 20261.0Usually come here because they have good service and was wildly surprised with how poor everything went today. Tried ordering new Mandalorian food inside and waited 20 minutes to watch them take the food that had been sitting there for 15 and finally bag it. Then they tried to give it to someone else. The person running the line was audibly complaining about everything being wrong before leaving where everything just sat to get cold. By the time we got out food everything was cold and did not taste good.
- YNYmari NunezMay 6, 20261.0So today we went through the driveway to get a whopper, we had a code for whopper Wednesday they told us we couldn’t use it and not to mention this person gave us a horrible attitude like we were stupid or something so we go inside and the code ends up working but also I wanted to know who talked to us like that so I was asking who it was I speaking too and yall wouldn’t guess who it was THE MANAGER Jeramy I think his name was then in the back the two other workers are laughing which is unprofessional so worried oh laughing dropping peoples orders ,not changing gloves including the manager ,then the one worker Tyler told my mom that the burger she ordered wasn’t hers and slides the tray away from her so then we asked for the manager to come back and so Tyler goes back explaining the situation and straight lying like you already messed up stop lying and give us the manager . This Burger King is highly unprofessional, unsanitary, and their childish hire new people please

Thats not how you treat customers. I get it your busy because of the promotion. Im extremely patient and understanding since ive worked in kitchens for the past 10 years.
