    Mornings always suck! Bacon is always undercooked and fatty , the hash browns always taste like old grease ! Like they just been sitting soaking in grease . Ms.Heather hire some better people . This is unacceptable.

    They screwed up on my order as usual! I always order small hamburger no cheese, heavy silvered onions, heavy pickles. Not difficult but they fail everytime. One pickle? What does heavy mean?? Well done fries I had about 10 well done thats it. The rest were not well done. Their sweet ice tea is always plain not sweet. Only at this location. So I ordered a sprite!! Today that was ok! But not what I wanted.

    This location is the slowest worst example as a fast food McDonald’s restaurant there’s nothing fast about it and this isn’t the first time after waiting 25 minutes with no line 7 times women come around, never asking once have I been helped nor has any inkling as to why I’m standing near the Mobile order counter waiting for my order as I have 30 minutes yet to get to work but yet at least 15 to get my breakfast after wasting 25 minutes there trying to cancel an order because nobody could even ask if I needed anything. All I get is a I’m sorry we thought you’d been helped yeah why am I still standing here then, and of course, my receipt is still showing that I still paid for a meal I never received so now not only have I wasted time now I have to go to work without a meal in my stomach and work all day because I wasted time at your establishment if I had been in the drive-through hell I would’ve gotten served but some of us actual have to work in trucks that can’t go through your drive-through because obviously they get served first before anyone else does. Thanks for nothing.

    Lids on the McCafe coffees don't fit and the drink spills all over you. They know they don't fit and keep giving them to you anyway and don't tell you. Completely ruined my work shirt! Get it together!
