  A very sweet young person made the best pup cups I have ever seen! Greek yogurt and they drizzled peanut butter on them - in the shape of a heart on one and a smiley face on the other. They were so friendly and thoughtful. My dogs loved them!

  I went to the 68th & Kalamazoo St location. The smoothie was so thick I couldn't suck it only to discover it needed to be blended more. I don't even want to get into how I took it back 45mins later because I couldn't properly suck it. The manager wouldn't replace it because he said I had drank half of it and it wasn't and I told him I do rideshare so had to stop work go back and he wouldn't replace it. This was the 3rd time this has happened at this location. The first time I let it go, the second time I took it back and the girl replaced it with no problem but this time I guess the manager thought I was trying to get over on them. Well, when I said that's it, I won't be coming back here again his reply was have a nice day. He was a young white guy with silver face piercings. It use to be my favorite location.

  Picked up a DoorDash order here a couple of weeks ago. Walked in, indicated who the order was for, and almost instantly, the larger, red-haired girl working at the drive-thru gave me the dirtiest, most sour look and scowled that "I can pick up a straw over there" while passing the drink and pointing her stubby hand at the dispenser. The other person working appeared to be delivering the same "service with a smile" to another customer. I don't know if I just walked in when the vibe was "off" but it was the oddest, most negative interaction I've had within memory. The other customer walked out with me and we just shook our heads at how unpleasant the two tropical gestapo members were. It was like they were going out of their way to be unpleasant. I guess slinging smoothies and wraps isn't for everyone?
