  This place used to have it together. Now, it seems the blind are leading the blind. Almost every single table was covered in dirty dishes and the other tables were clearly not wiped down or disinfected. The floors were greasy and slightly slippery to the feet and there was a large drink spill on the floor that remained there the entire time we were there and the only attention it got was a wet floor sign. I've also never had an issue with the availability of the food options at this location, but even with just a handful of people, it seemed everything was on a constant wait list to be refilled. This place was completely discusting. Now, I will say that the young gentleman working the counter and dining area was trying very hard to keep up, I'll note that his coworker would repeatedly ask him to do extra tasks just so that coworker could fall back to the kitchen to be visibly distracted by whatever was on his cell phone. That's not team work, thats bs. I hope this place gets it together and can find a way back from wherever it's heading, but I surely will not return to pay $60 for sub par service and dining.

  will not be back. 76$ spent to eat here and the pizza on the buffet is OLD straight crusty and hard cheese looks over cooked very messy salad station clean dishes but yet dirty with food just in all felt super dirty in there but they did eventually bring out fresh pizzas but again nothing special very TASTELESS is the word I’m looking for I guess. Do better or drop your price bcuz the food was not good the desserts were probably the best thing here and unfortunately not worth that price either.

  While the pizza definitely needs improvement, the other foods were great. Staff were friendly provided great service. Pizza selection was limited (pepperoni?). Overall it's a good place to take the kids. The music selection was a little bothersome. There is nothing wrong with Christian music, just not something I'd want listen to while eating.

  I really wanted to enjoy this place. My husband & I were treating our son & daughter in law on a Sunday evening for dinner. It was my first time visiting and my daughter in law's first time back in a long while. She was hesitant because of a previous bad experience. And unfortunately she didn't have a better experience with this dinner. The main issue was the heat. It was pretty hot and was making everyone miserable. When my husband inquired about it he was actually told that their air conditioner had been broken for a few months. Yikes. The problem we all had was the fact that this issue was not addressed prior to us purchasing our meals. Because we had our 2 month old granddaughter with us, we probably would have chosen to eat elsewhere and to return to this location in the future. At this point, though, I will not be going back to any Pizza Ranch location, nor will I be making any recommendations to anyone. Also I highly suspect that unless this particular location receives some major improvements (cleanliness & more as well) it will fail altogether.

  We were there about 7 - 7:30 pm on a Thursday night. The food was ok, with what they had but everyone had to ask for things. they were low on almost everything. They were under staffed and over worked. I think the staff was doing what they could. But, there were dishes piled everywhere on the tables. The guy at the counter had to clean tables before you could sit down. He was trying to clear tables between waiting on people at the register and cleaning the dining room. Even the slop bucket cart was stacked high with dishes. The cook was trying to keep up and was hustling food out to people. The 28th street Pizza Ranch has been going down hill for awhile now. If they don't do something soon It won't last much longer in my opinion. This was one of my favorite restaurants.
