- DRDevon Redd1 day ago1.0Rico, the store manager is very unprofessional and down right immature. Came to him with a complaint about a messed up order and he didn’t care one bit… and started with attitude. The quality of food is almost just as bad as the quality of employees they hire! Used to be the best location, going downhill fast!

I placed a mobile order for a McDouble, small fry and a sprite. Stood in the lobby for 45 minutes just to be told they “never received a mobile order for my order” so I showed them my app receipt I was then told my order was coming “right up” stood there for another 15 minutes and still NOTHING! That is absolutely ridiculous!!! I will never ever return to this location! There was also a man there waiting about 20 minutes for just 1 simple coffee poor place all around! Also 1 time in the past I was told they were out of ice!!! Excuse me?

The bigger girl taking orders was just bashing an old lady that couldn’t hear properly I’m assuming she’s the manager with how she was talking to coworkers. This place needs to be studied😂
