  I have a construction team working locally so we often frequent the Kentwood Jimmy John's location with large orders. The only issue I have is the past two orders I placed were missing multiple sandwiches. I can understand a once in a while but it is becoming systemic. Just adding up the cost from my last few orders is over $50 in missing sandwiches.

  What happened to the manager named Amanda? Seems this place has went to shit and I haven't seen her in a while. I will not be back unless I end up seeing her again. This place can't get a grip. Nobody seems happy. What a change in food quality and environment.

  I ordered a sandwich from Jimmy John’s and was really let down. The way it was prepared made it nearly impossible to eat — everything was loose, falling apart, and messy. It lacked structure and care, and I had to hold it together just to take a bite. Definitely not the quality I expect from a place known for fast and fresh sandwiches.
