We came to celebrate our two boys birthdays. Dynasty is an amazing server. She treated us so amazing. She also got our boys a birthday surprise. We will definitely be back. The food was excellent.

Great food, Dynasty was the BEST waitress. Friendly, attentive and gave great suggestions on food and drink when we asked. We were here to celebrate a birthday and her service solidified this was the right place to go!

It's basically an adult arcade and some of the games are not explained how to play them. So you either waste time or your coin system on your car that you tap or insert but it can be fun I would imagine with a group of people and playing the dancing games those look like a lot of fun. I didn't partake but it was a good time watching them.

My other half and I have making a ritual of using D&Bs in every state I've got to travel for a work trip. This is easily the best of four locations We've been up in terms of service. Id not expect this quality of service from a higher restaurant let alone a Dave and Buster's. We're truly floor by the work the team here was doing tonight. We've gone to Schaumburg, Wauwatosa, and Orland Park other than this one. Kelly, Dennis, Serena, and Carry are brilliant.

Never witnessed worse customer service in my life. Original told the front desk girl we weren’t sure what to do as we had never been here she then states “I don’t know what you’re here to do? eat? or play games” while aggressively waiving her arms around as if we didn’t know where we were and then starts tapping on the sign with the prices and told us to read it and make up our mind. after i said never mind i’ll figure it out on my phone we walked back to look at games, when i asked the kid at the arcade counter about tickets he said “i don’t know go ask the front desk” then where was another person who printed me a receipt at the arcade counter and walked away, i followed him and said what do i do with this and he said “take it to the front desk to be validated obviously”. it actually felt like a joke, genuinely thought i was in one of those restaurants where they are supposed to be rude to you. i would never recommend coming here, especially for a birthday.
