  One of the worst chipotle restaurants I had ever been to. I placed a pick up order of a burrito with chicken, beans, tomatoes, corns, cheese and sour cream. The burrito was mainly a tortilla with rice and has gotten much smaller in size. the sanitizer dispenser was empty. I paid ~$10 for a tortilla filled with rice. Chipotle’s portion size has gone down and so has the quality, I’d rather make my own burrito at home

  Definitely don’t come here. Every time I go there they are out of food. Recently I ordered a meal and each of my entrees were missing items. Both were missing Guacamole which we are charged for. Along with my order it did not include napkins or forks. I regret giving them a tip.

  I’m usually not one to complain about restaurants. But I have been to this chipotle location multiple times. The service I usually get at this location is the worst I’ve ever encountered. The workers vibe gives they give don’t give damn about the customers. They are usually out of most options and don’t price match if something is more expensive. Being in customer service I understand the frustration of customers. But there needs to be major improvements!!

  this is genuinely the worst chipotle on planet earth. they have been out of the fajita veggies consistently for almost TWO YEARS. but they will not remove them from the menu. the food is ridiculously expensive for the tiny portions they give, and they forget part of my order every. single. time.

  Without a doubt the worst chipotle in America. Don’t waste your time!!! First off, this place is disgusting. Trash everywhere , floors are a mess, bathrooms are never clean. They just flat out don’t care. For 2 years people have complained in comments across multiple platforms saying the same thing and nothing has changed. The employees are rude and told me they “think is hilarious” to read the comments… Who ever is in charge of running this location either as a GM or district manager is terrible at their job. They are out of food e single day! That haven’t made grilled veggies in months… literally just read the comments! I assure you the 5 star reviews are fake because no one could possibly give this place 5 stars. After not coming in for almost a year, I thought I would give it another try…. They were out of taco shells…. Think about that?? And of course at 11am they had no grilled veggies. They also have the dummest policy of all time in they have separate stations for Togo orders and if you order from the restaurant they can’t get ingredients from the other station… it’s absolutely mind boggling how poor this place is run. Again just read the 100’s of comments saying the same thing. They don’t care.
