  Always dirty with overflowing trash, always out of some ingredient. I went in there once and they were out of chicken for 30 minutes! Staff couldn't be bothered to even pretend to smile.

  How can you run out of chips at 4:00 in the afternoon ? The cashier didn’t even know when they would have some more. Got my order to go. No napkins or a fork to eat my bowl of food with.

  Super fast and friendly! I think I just missed the lunch rush though lol. The guy loaded my bowl which was nice. I rarely eat out so I was pleasantly surprised. The employee who helped me was Marx.

  I have ordered from this particular chipotle 7 times. Always out of guacamole. Always out of fajita veggies. When asked why, the store manager said they don’t have enough staff to make gauc and veggies. By the way..he said that while he was horsing around with one of the lady employees. He just didn’t have enough time to make guac and fajita veggies.

  By far the worst Chipotle I have ever been to - pick a different one or go to the one on Burton! The girl working the line was rude, and we didn’t find out until the very end of the line that they were out of cheese. They said they had no idea when they’d have more, it wasn’t worth us waiting, and offered to throw our bowls away rather than offer queso or cheese from the online orders line. Somehow 5 different employees became involved, and not one had a helpful thing to say - they kept citing OSHA as the reason they couldn’t do anything. As soon as we sat down to eat, they came out with a full pan of cheese for the line and didn’t offer us any or say anything - the line was completely dead at that point. When I went up to get some cheese, they hassled me about how to give it to me because they couldn’t just put it in my bowl, so they were apparently at a loss on how to give me cheese - she said she had to go ask the manager! Terrible customer service, absolutely no creative problem solving skills, no initiative. Worth the drive to go to any other Chipotle in the area!
