  The food was great and the lady running front counter was terrific. General manager though fought me and would not acknowledge computer was wrong. My meal was $11.76 and they forgot to apply my $7.99 coupon. Manager gave me $2.05 change. Then I showed him the math that the refund should have been $3.29. He then snarkly said the computer does it all. He then gave me another dollar in frustration but I was still 24 cents short. I'm contemplating disputing the transaction for the 24 cents given the terrible experience because I know the bank will charge them $50 just for the dispute.

  The lady working there in the drive through was exceptional. Food was nice and hot. Can't remember her name , but she had red hair and a cute smile. She deserves a raise.

  Okay, so I did put five stars but when I went to Arby's drive thru, I only got 2 meals with extra curly fries and Mozzarella sticks. They did forget one meal (only gave me the drink for the meal) so I went back inside to go tell them, didn't cause a scene and they gave me the whole meal, changing the meal sizes to large on the fries and the meal (chicken tenders) without a problem, they were very kind about it. Beautiful service!

  The workers are so nice here. With its location you'd wonder.. but it's a good spot :]
