  Taco Bell in Kalkaska has been one of the Taco Bell's that has had better comparative value on their box menu on their ap. Giving more choices and value. For example offering coffee's and bottled orange juice as choices for drinks. Unfortunately on my last visit the choices on non drink items included on the box menu are fewer and the service on this day included the tiniest soft taco I have ever received anywhere, and fewer choices with less value. The medium iced coffee was not with my pickup order and I had to ask for it. I was given a small iced coffee and they forgot to include the sauces I ordered. They really need restaurant management that upholds consistent high standards at all times.

  Management messes up orders blames customers and refuses fix. Very slow service. Minimum of 20 minute wait in drive thru and even longer in lobby. One of the worst Taco Bells in the area

  It took them an hour to make our food and when we got it, our tacos were cold. They also messed up our order.

  So this is obviously the worst taco bell on the planet and everyone in kalkaska knows it. Ive talk to multiple people that will no longer eat there because of how bad it is but being that I have worked in bars and restaurants for decades I know its not the workers fault and it's 100% management!! they should be guiding these young kids better but they just arent. If they got new management everything would change for sure and I pray it does because its a super bummer I cant enjoy taco bell anymore unless I drive to tc and grayling... very unfortunate
