  So this is obviously the worst taco bell on the planet and everyone in kalkaska knows it. Ive talk to multiple people that will no longer eat there because of how bad it is but being that I have worked in bars and restaurants for decades I know its not the workers fault and it's 100% management!! they should be guiding these young kids better but they just arent. If they got new management everything would change for sure and I pray it does because its a super bummer I cant enjoy taco bell anymore unless I drive to tc and grayling... very unfortunate

  Went to pick up a DoorDash order after 10. Did not know they stopped DoorDash after 10. Told them we have a DoorDash pickup. Pulled up to the window and some guy came up and got a pissy attitude telling us no more DoorDash orders. Not our problem someone placed the damn order. We don’t control the orders. We pick them up and deliver them.

  They took a big nosedive when they came under new management. Most of the good crew members are gone, and customer service anymore is nonexistent. Mistakes are expected, but it seems as though this location isn't even trying.

  Order steak grilled cheese burrito only to get one with no meat got the 9$ lux box and the cinnamon twist tasted like cleaner or something mixed with them left very chemical or soapy taste in my mouth I’ve had noting but bad experiences with this Taco Bell

  I usually don’t write reviews, but this was the worst experience at Taco Bell, we have ever had. We ordered take out, and you can tell the employee wasn’t happy to be there. Same greeting at the window. Then our order was wrong, we went back in to tell them, no one came to the counter. Then when they did, there was no apology , and waited another 10-15 minutes to have the wrong order again!! His tacos had just meat , they were suppose to be supremes! My Mexican pizza was just thrown together with hardly any tomatoes on it, or hardly any meat inside! We just won’t go there again, until we hear it has gotten much better. We wasted money and time, go to Traverse City instead!!
