- SRSavannah RaudmanApr 30, 20261.0Ordered only two McCafé specialty drink through the app, got to McDonald’s and the time on my receipt says 8:08, wait 15 minutes to get to the pick up window, once there I was asked to pull up to the last window which was weird because I only ordered two drinks, then waited for another 15 for said drinks while three cars behind me got their drinks and food and left, finally I just had to walk in and ask for the drink. No explanation as to why it took so long, no apologies. Do better.

Instead of telling me, they threw a regular chicken nugget meal in a saja boy box breakfast box and threw in a set of cards. I order the huntrix meal specifically for the shaker fries. Im dissapionted in your staff for not telling me they ended so I could order something else. The staff was wonderful otherwise.
