  Arrived to this Qdoba at the busiest time for a quick meeting with an associate. The line moved quickly and had absolutely awesome service when ordering a chicken bowl for us with all the fixin's. Ashley and Serina were great! Would recommend eating here. Thanks again!

  Definitely won’t be to this location again. Horrific experience. I went one day after ordering online and it was filthy and in disarray and the food wasn’t ready at the pickup time, which was fine. Then they said they were out of one of the rices, which was fine. Then they said they were out of fajita peppers. At which point my burrito was getting down to bare bones, so I asked to cancel. I was given a coupon for next time, which was nice enough. Next time rolls around and I show up early. The girl right off bat had a rude demeanor. Nothing was ready. The rice wasn’t stocked. I asked for peppers and they said it would be a minute so we moved along as she cooked. By the time we got to the end and she said “anything else?” I just said “just the fajita veggies, thank you” and she proceeded to roll up the burrito. I said, “Aren’t we doing the fajita veggies?” And she proceeded to finish rolling up the burrito, rudely saying she can put them on the side, and immediately turned and slipped a few into the cup when she could have just as easily put them into the burrito. She left the order with no word and proceeded to the next customer, where the guy at the register didn’t even look at me and nobody checked me out. I laid the coupon on the counter and left with my order and it was so careless that if I were the type of person, I could’ve walked out of there without laying that coupon down. I got to the car and made a bit of a mess unwrapping the burrito the veggies could have should have gone directly into and then bit into a thick stem. I don’t know if I’ve ever had a worse, more baffling experience at a restaurant.

  Service was 1 star with the exception of a blonde haired girl who helped us while everyone else stood around talking. The tables were all dirty, no napkins, no tea,. When they were making our food we got the ends of most of the food bins .. instead of refreshing them. My dish was less than exceptable. Won’t return. Hopefully management can get a handle on this.

  Bunch of kids working that don’t seem to know what they’re doing outside of playing on their phones ignoring customers.. they were out of steak and shrimp, no cookies. Definitely not the greatest location I’ve been to by a long shot

  Honestly, the manager is amazing… the younger tall black girl ALWAYS has an attitude. She will make you stand in line without greeting you while she works on the take out orders. She behaves like you are bothering her while in line. Probably some training from the manager would help this young girl be more successful in customer service.
