  Ordered delivery and it went through as pickup cold not get ahold of a human so now i have to callmy bank and still ha e no dinner. Absolute garbage

  Twice now, I ordered roasted peppers. Twice, I didn't receive them. Twice I have asked for my pizza to be extra baked. Twice now, I have received my pizza lightly baked. The second time, I pulled up to the drive-thru window, and looked at two people who clearly saw me; Looked me directly in the eyes, and then went back to whatever they were doing. I had to wait for the person who had their back to me to finally turn around to help me. No acknowledgement of any kind. One went back to folding boxes and the other to washing dishes. Maybe it's not "their job" but I have worked in enough restaurants and retail stores to know that everything is everyone's job. I used to get such great food and service from here. I have no idea what happened but since Covid the prices have gone up and the service and quality have gone downhill. Sad really.

  I love this location. Mostly we get take out, but when we do dine in it's a great experience.

  They only had one person working in the place at noon on a Saturday. The dining room and bathrooms were filthy. We ended up not even waiting for our pizza, left $20 on the table and left. Do not recommend.
