  Been waiting over a hour for my order I call and they tell me the order was never picked up because the phone number didnt match with the door dasher I didnt use door dash so why am I having number issues with door dash my food has just been sitting there and then they tell me now there waiting on another dasher there gonna send that old food now I no it

  The cashier's facial expression and body language were more off-putting and aggressive than what I employ when I pull a clog out of an old drain. lips pursed with one side of the mouth frowning, lowered eyebrows. I don't know what I did to induce such treatment, I was simply picking up my online order at the window and was smiling, kind, polite, said thank you. Pizza is good though.

  Very disappointed with my experience at the Pizza Hut on Gull Road. My pizza was supposed to be ready at 5:47 PM, but I ended up sitting in the drive-thru line until 6:15 PM before I finally received it. Waiting nearly 30 minutes past the promised pickup time, especially after ordering ahead, is completely unacceptable. If the kitchen is running behind, customers should at least be notified instead of being left waiting in line with no communication. I understand that busy nights happen, but this level of delay without any explanation or apology was frustrating. I hope management addresses these issues because this was not the experience I expected.

  Ordered are food at 10 45 waited intell 11 45 for them to cancel it for nothing to get done about it and for me to wait to get my money back call up there and the manager is rude
