First time here, ordered two mcdoubles and a large sweet tea. The burgers both had no pickles and were smeared with mustard on the outside. The sweet tea wasn't sweet. Couldn't go back cause lunch was over for me.

Just returned to my home from a 1,400 mile trip. Stopped at several good McDonald’s for snacks or light meal, all good stores meeting corporate standards. This McDonald’s, less than 2 miles from my home, has to be in the top 10% of the worst stores in the company. I went there this morning. As many other reviews state the staff is terrible, the floors don’t look like they’ve been cleaned for several days etc. If this is a franchise store the owner should loose their franchise. If this is a company owned store the regional manager should get fired. These types of terrible reviews go back for more than a year with no improvement. Do not go to this store.

I thought this would be such a nice McDonalds based on the outside but I was SO wrong.
Messed up 2 of the items I ordered, employees were SCREAMING at eachother and I saw a lot on their phones, some of the sodas needed to be changed, had to ask for sauce because we didn't get any, and for some reason the store was completely out of straws?? Odd experience.

Almost 30 minute wait for probably one of the worst experiences at a McDonald's I've had, terrible customer service, awful food quality - I almost never get McDonald's because this is the closest one available in my area and it's awful. The last time I went to this location I placed an online order fairly basic probably a quarterpounder with cheese or some other meal thats offered on their menu. I ordered a Carmel frappe with my meal and when I went to pick up my order I was informed the machine was down, I wasn't to surprised at that since these machines if like the ice cream machines can only be serviced by a certified whoever it is what it is. The women at the window was absolutely and completely rude as she told me they can't make the frappe (which they only mentioned at that point and at no point prior, not at the speaker, the first window where they scanned my phone verifying the order) and after the what I assume to be manager offered me a different drink (coke if it matters) the women at the window who the whole time mind you was between myself and the manager then closed the window after I said can I please have a coke. She got the coke as I watched her do so ( to be fair maybe it was for someone else) and then go back to her POS to place the order of someone else, not a big deal. The big deal was when she opened the window after trying to be patient in a frustrating situation for her to then act and treat me like I was bothering her when I asked about the coke. She then took a pause and looked confused and I simply and would like to add kindly, recapped the last 30 seconds to minute of interaction about the whole frappe ordeal. Her manager walked over and confirmed and she finally gave me a coke. Anyway, I didn't care about not getting my original order until that interaction at which point I came home and decide to dispute the extra up charge that was placed on my order for the frappe since I just got a coke and we all have seen these ridiculous McDonald's prices lately... and really does McDonald's need that 4-5 dollars more than you. Answer here should be no. Well I couldn't dispute the order since according to their online system if items are not available including ice cream and McCafe items you can't order them so either McDonalds is just sliding by, by not allowing small disputes and keeping those additional up charges by not addressing a faulty system and not actually providing the product to their customers or the employees at this location are not being forthright and doing what they were hired to do. Also food was mid to straight terrible, meat was dry and you could just tell it was probably past time to get tossed even after all this the end result was just as disappointing. Never again.
