  I ordered a big breakfast and two orange juices and I sat there for 40 minutes. I tried getting people attention respectfully and politely try to get a refund because I had to go so I ended up just leaving and the saddest part about it is 90% of the Time, they don’t refill the receipt paper in their machines so you don’t even get a receipt To confirm it will never go to this one ever again it’s not a one time thing this is the easiest McDonald’s to go to on my way to work So I go there almost every morning. I never have this problem. Any other McDonald’s that I’ve ever been to

  Horrible. We were one of three to leave the drive thru before even paying. We waited 20 minutes before leaving. We just wanted a quick breakfast sandwich before going to see a dying family member in hospice.

  This is one of the worst McDonald's around. They have told me multiple times I cant use the App for rewards or coupons. I always have to double check they gave me all my food. Today I took one bite of my bagel and it tasted minty, like gum. The location isn't great, as its in a truck stop and you have to almost yell outside at the speaker to be heard over all the trucks.

  I just waited 35 minutes in the drive thru and was handed my cold order at the pick up window. Apparently, staff were instructed not to have cars pull ahead to wait for their order if it is not ready at the window in order to allow the line behind them to keep moving, because it would confuse new workers. It took less time for me to drive home than the time it took in the order line. And I was only there because of the power outages after the tornadoes that went through the night before. Oh, and my fish sandwich was very dry.

  Service was good. Food was fine. But no refills. Period. But their drinks are still the same price as any other McDonald’s. I’m protesting this. One star reviews at any McDonald’s that does this.
