  Didn’t give what I ordered I asked them if they can change it they act like what what I ordered hot coffee large they give small and cold coffee plus sandwiches was burned also fresh fries was cold I ordered large they give small

  Came around 6am everyone sounded like they had a n attitude before I even pulled up to the window. I asked for large orange juice they proceeded to give me a small and said I didn’t pay for a large and told me I would have to go back around to order the large, mind you I did pay for a large and I’m the only one in the drive through at the moment. I proceeded to go back through the drive through to get the large and they gave me another small cup and said here’s the difference between the two. My problem is why not just poor a large from the start. Instead of satisfying the customer they did more work than what they had to do to try proving a point I’m guessing. Moral of the story worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with if google had an option to give 0 stars I would !!

  I don’t know if it’s an app issue, or an employee issue- but I came through for my lunch, not only did the employee give me an attitude about asking for a straw, but then gave me an attitude about a Mc Flurry I ordered and didn’t get- partly my fault as I drove away- but I went back, asked for my receipt- thankfully it was a mobile order- and then had even more attitude after that. I know and understand working at Mc Donald’s isn’t easy, I was a manager at one for a bit of time when I was younger. But I wasn’t mean, I asked nicely and it didn’t warrant that sort of behavior- the manager was also right there and acted like I was the criminal. … and the food was cold.

  This locarion has become disappointing lately. Every time we dine in, there are lines of people waiting for their orders, including droves of delivery drivers. The last several times we've been here, something from our order was missing so we had to go to the counter. No one comes to the counter to help waiting customers. Several other customers went behind the counter themselves to get their forgotten cups, condiments and other items after growing tired of waiting 10+ minutes for someone, anyone, to help them. Now I hear all locations will be doing away with refills and the self serve soda machines. With the price increases on top of the horrible service, there will be no reason I will continue patronizing McDonalds. The soda machines will be the final straw. The rewards program and lack of deals are also now terrible. It's just about the same cost to dine in at an actual breakfast place with service and order off a menu at this point. McDonalds can't even provide fast service any longer and served food is rarely fresh and obviously not made to order.

  Placed a mobile breakfast order around 4:00 AM. The app allowed the order, but when I arrived at the 5394 W Main St location in Kalamazoo, staff said they weren’t prepared until 5:00 AM and responded with a rude attitude. If the store isn’t open or ready, the app should not allow orders. The attitude from staff made the experience worse. On top of this i hadn’t even received anything yet but had only pulled up to the drive through just to be put on blast. To top it off when getting the food i wanted some more sauce after checking the bag and had to sit there in the drive through while staring at the manager sit on her phone lol. A solid 1/10 experience.
