  So I was just in here picking up an order. Girl working behind the counter wearing a tank top. (This is totally against health code) She drops a bag on the ground picks up the burger that was in it. Rewraps it and puts it bag into the bag to hand to customer in drive thru. I think I’m calling the health department about this right now. That is 100% uneceptable

  The morning staff on Saturday 5/16 were amazing! The drive thru and parking lot were packed but they were working together and getting it done. I used the drive thru and there were 6 cars ahead of me. I had my food and was on my way in less than 5 minutes.

  I placed a mobile order for pickup just for them to refuse my order. Said they were only accepting Doordashers orders. Said they would cancel my order for me but then didn’t.

  If I could give less stars I would. Staff is rude and untrained. They didn’t know what a basket of fries was. No indication that the other drive thru lane is not being serviced and when told about it the response was “we aint gonna put on no sign”. Worst drive thru experience by far. Don’t go here.

  So went there at 9:00 p.m. on a Thursday 4/16/26 night was going to pick up a Happy meal and two double cheeseburgers, they were cold, the meat was pale like it was undercooked french fries in the Happy meal were stale and cold chicken nuggets were hard as a rock and also cold. When I drove up to the drive-thru and wanted to place my order I waited for 4 minutes till I said: ,,hello anybody there?" and then my order was taken, the employee with a beard seemed stoned or on some kind of medication. This McDonald's is trash they probably would go under if it wasn't for the highway ramp right next to it. Staff is probably thinking that most of their customers are just driving through the country and stopping real quick for a burger and they probably will never see them again that's the only explanation I can give myself that this McDonald's has went down the drain workers look unhygienic no beard nets no McDonald's uniform dirty shirt and dirty jeans. I will spread the news and advise anybody to stay away from the McDonald's on sprinkle road. I should have went next door to Wendy's. Definitely won't make that mistake anymore my whole family and friends will boycott this McDonald's we will never ever return as a customer. Whoever is the hiring manager needs to make better picks on who they actually employ.
