- RMRyan MichaelAug 6, 20265.0I’ve ordered takeout from this location at least 100 times (without exaggeration). They’ve never messed my sandwich up. Not once. There was a single instance when a new person forgot to put my 20oz drink in the carry out bag but it was resolved right away when I went back in and told them. Their staff is always polite and friendly. They keep the place clean and make orders as quick as they come in. The only negative (as others have pointed out) is the parking lot. They’re in a very unique spot between both the WMU and K College campus which is very hilly. The entrance has a rather steep incline, is a bit narrow and oddly shaped but it’s not as bad as others have made it out to be. It has not had a negative impact on the quality of the food or service I’ve received.

I was called a male Karen and they didn’t even refund me for the full value of what I spent the employee encourage me to put a review. I’ll be calling corporate. They stole seven dollars from me.

I spent $45 dollars September 3 with these people and they gave me bread that was hard as a rock, and then they have a nerve to wanna get snappy and lippy with me and they want to give me a discount on my next order like I’d ever ordered from them again This new generation of workers is screwing up the food industry I’m surprise this Jimmy John’s isn’t shut down they never have drivers never have workers people quit every day there I don’t even know why they’re not shut down yet they had the worst service ever to certain people they treat differently
