- JBJessica B3 days ago1.0I placed a mobile order on a road trip and walked in first to use the restroom. I couldn’t believe how disgusting this was for a food establishment. There were bugs all over. O couldn’t even use the restroom. I asked the employee to refund my order as he was wearing only 1 glove and he refused. This is a health and safety hazard.

Lethargic, sloth-like service to top off this low-performance quick roadtrip snack. Even if they tried, they might have just barely been able to do worse, but maybe not. Dunkin needs to send someone from their corporate offices out to audit these guys.

So, I ordered, Grandkids picked their drinks, paid, and then waiting 15 minutes before he came back over and got our donuts. Then the drinks we ordered weren’t in the fridge he pointed to, so we had to pick something else or water. Couldn’t get their attention for a refund of drinks. Donuts were stale, terribly expensive, and rude service. Very disappointing.

The drink seemed as though it was made when we got there it was melted having no ice and being warm leading to us trashing it. When we finally received all of our drinks they forgot the donuts. I do appreciate them adding a few extra donuts for the inconvenience but when there are 2 workers and no other costumers it shouldn’t take a half hour. The worker who was kind enough to make all of our drinks by himself was great but the other worker who decided to sit on his phone was not. There was another costumer who came in and they received their order in under 5 mins. I will not be going to this dunkin again.

The customer service was the worst, no smile, he was just short, rude and seemed almost upset that I was there ordering food. My sandwich was horrible and not hot at all! Slightly warm with a cold piece if cheese that was not melted one bit. I ate it anyways just so I didn't have to go in there again. My donut was also stale, so I had to throw it out. I do not recommend this location, and by the looks of the reviews, it seems many others feel the same.
