  Not the best Dunkin I've visited and not the worst. Really could improve on customer service. Ask for 1 missing straw for our drink, gave us 5 and hurried off on some other task.

  Stopped in, placed an order on the kiosk, waited for an unusually long time, even though store was empty. Another gentleman came in and also placed an order. We waited. Finally, worker came out and put the orders down, never spoke a word to us, leaving us to figure out which items belonged to each of us. We walked out together, expressing our disbelief at the lack of service. I got in my car, opened my bag, and part of my order was missing. I went back in, said "Excuse me" to get someone to come out, then politely told them I was missing one of my items. The guy still never spoke a word, grabbed the items, threw them in a bag and slammed them down in front of me as if it were somehow my fault that he screwed up my order. The hashbrowns sucked and my toasted bagel sandwich was just about scorched. I will never again visit this location.

  Stopped in for a coffee and the worker was very nice to our family! Excellent coffee too.

  this Dunkin’ has gone downhill since new ownership took over. The staff are rude and basically throw your drinks at you with no care. I also felt sick after drinking my coffee. Would not recommend, go somewhere else

  The absolute worst location ever. Just do yourself a favor and spend the extra money at Starbucks across the street. Donuts are never fresh, order is never right, workers are rude.
