They made me wait for 10 minutes to get my order that was already done. Customers should come first, I only go in there because my son loves there garlic bread bites but for any pizza I will go to kazoopys or little ceasers
- CBCourtney BumsteadApr 18, 20261.0Laughable how tragic this place is. Called to order 3 large pizzas for delivery to a nearby hotel for a birthday party. One cheese, one pepperoni, one sausage. Super simple. Call taker thought we meant one pizza, with all three toppings. She put that Zootopia sloth to shame! Took her 15 minutes, and didn’t even know how to spell “East” or “cork.” After many failed attempts at finding our address in her system, I specifically said “east, like the direction” and “cork” like a corkscrew. She proceeded to say “yeah, east, E-A-S-E…” I explained again, “East as in north East, south west….” Then silence for a couple minutes. Then proceeds to mistype the zip code multiple times. Never read back the order or gave a total, but said the order would be there. Called back 3 minutes later to say they don’t deliver here. I let her know we would just pick it up, and she acted like they couldn’t do that?? Even though we’d already paid… They prepared one small sausage, one medium pepperoni, and a large cheese, which wasn’t even fully sliced… when my husband pointed this out, she lied claiming that we asked for this, unaware he’d been listening into the phone call. Not to mention it was cold. Even tho we arrived early for pickup. Ordering a pizza shouldn’t be an uphill battle, go anywhere else if you’re truly looking for convenience.

I went to my car for about 20, came back in, was dismissive and rude again, and said “its going to be a MINUTE” and I said; yeah I know you said that to be about 20 mins ago, and then I watched her be rude to several people on the phone and slammed it down. The people that came in after me left and said she just lost business bc of how awful she was. I won’t be going back bc she is nasty. Whoever owns this establishment should reconsider her talking to people. It was gross.
