In the app, I ordered 2 sandwiches and a salad for pickup (Italian and Buffalo Chicken, Chicken Caesar Salad). The total came to $28.59. I went to pick it up, and was informed by 2 different team members that they couldn't take a $50 bill. All I had was cash, and showed them that the only other bill I had on me was a $20, but they doubled down. My change would've been $21.41. I don't get it. They would rather cancel my order than take a $50? And lose money for food they had already prepared? And they seemed kinda happy about denying it. Their loss, and I'll never give that location my business again.
