To the young lady working Saturday 10/03 at ~1pm that helped me out when my gift card wasn't working, thank you. Not everyone does that kind of thing. I hope you succeed far and away beyond Chipotle.

Slowest Chipotle in western Michigan. Attn store manager: you CAN turn off or extend order wait times for Doordash on the tablet if you are swamped vs having people lined up out the door. Also, you need to stop marking food as ready when you haven't even started the order. Instead of your regular line people taking ingredients from the mobile line and slowing them down further, put them on food prep. I waited 15 minutes today for an order that hadn't been started. This store is now blocked on DD for me. Horrible service and management.

The Asian girl you have working on September 17, 2026 around 3:30. She is extremely rude and unprofessional. She intentionally messed up my order. I think she needs a conversation had with her because she was very rude and unprofessional and she also intentionally messed up my order. I had to literally repeat myself loudly three times just for her to do what I asked…. Food did not come out how I want it at all

Every week I go in and I wait for up to 15 minutes in the line just to get to the point where I start my order and be told they are out of a laundry list of ingredients. They are on a busy “main” st and WMU students are back. You would think whoever is managing this joint would know year after year when they have higher peeks of traffic they would order and stock accordingly. If not. PLEASE PLEASE use your brain and post a paper on the front door of what you are out of so people don’t waste their time waiting. Get it together.
