The girl working by herself seemed apologetic and clearly couldn’t do much to help me outside of giving me my refund due to her not being a manager or a cake decorator, but it’s still very disappointing since we were excited to try Baskin Robbin’s for the first time.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
