  Worst Arby’s around, and wait time is horrible! I got pulled up to a parking spot so I wouldn’t be running their time at the window I assume because there was no cars behind me, and I waited for so long, but my fries weren’t even fresh so I’m not sure why I got pulled up or made to wait so long. I rather go to any other Arby’s. The wait time, the food, and the service seem to be always lacking here!

  Terrible drive-thru experience. The employee was rude, I specifically asked for sauce and still didn’t get any, and they didn’t include utensils for food that clearly requires them. Poor customer service and zero attention to basic details.

  Stopped by to pickup take out four cars infront of me at drive thru. 20 minutes just to get to order spot and sat there for another ten minutes nobody said nothing won't come back ever. I drove off when I ask twice no reply.
