This Arby's never disappoints. Our food is always hot and fresh and the employees are always very friendly.

I just ordered a #8 at the drive-thru. The drink was filled to the absolute top, so it made a mess in my car when I put the straw in. I didn't get any fries either - but they didn't charge me for them at least. I am never eating here again.

I was pretty upset over the size of chicken on the crispy chicken sandwich. For a 6 dollar sandwich the chicken patty was not even the size of the bun. When I asked the employee if another peice of chicken was available they just said everything is preweighed and prepackaged. The manager did replace the sandwich. Thank you.
