  Poor Customer Service I attempted to visit this location yesterday and I asked for a meal the attendant gave me a price without asking for a side or a beverage and when I asked her if she wanted to know what I wanted, she said you only asked for a sandwich and I said no ma’am I asked for a meal and she said no you didn’t. You only asked for a sandwich and I said how are you gonna tell me what I asked for and I said you know what never mind and I pulled off. Terrible terrible customer service they need to be taught manners …. you cannot tell somebody what they said. My son wanted Arby’s so I decided I would try again today. It’s a 80° day and it’s a distance from home so I requested no ice and I was told per policy they are not allowed to do no ice or light ice and I asked why and I was told basically so they could fill the cup with ice and give me barely any beverage. I’m sure this is over a million dollar industry. It’s sad that they don’t even wanna provide beverages to their customers rather pathetic Arby’s!

  Asked for a classic roast beef, they gave me beef n cheddar. Asked for spicy BBQ for the brisket sandwich, they gave me sweet. Employees need to be confirming orders are exact before giving them out. It's part of the job. When coming here be sure to double check your order before leaving.
