  Went there with my girlfriend for a coffee. The drive thru line was into the next parking lot south, so we decided to walk up and get a drink instead of wait in the car. I ordered an Americano and she ordered a latte. After we ordered it took over 20 minutes to get our drink. Multiple other couples were in the same boat. One lady ordered two drinks through the app and she said she's been waiting 30+ minutes. She was there before we showed up, so her timing makes sense. There seemed to be no organization to what was going on with the walk up orders. One of the workers who was talking to a different couple that was waiting said they don't prioritize walk ups at all and they just make them when they can. Even if one person was dedicated to making drinks for walk up people it wouldn't take 30 minutes for a drink. The drinks were mediocre when they did arrive. I understand Americanos don't have much to them but for $5 and 20min of my time, for a coffee, I will make sure to not go back.

  There coffees are good, but their service needs a correction. The staff is very friendly, but no one should have to wait 1/2 an hour for a coffee. The drive-thru was out onto the street, so to approach the building from the other direction, you have to park and walk upto the window. There was no order in being waited on when we walked up, and felt like we were in the staffs way as they were going back & forth to their cooler. Someone finally came out and took our order, but then we watched multiple cars go through the drive-thru line from placing their order to delivery of their order, all while we continued to wait. When we asked why we were given some excuse about walk up orders being filtered into Lane 2 orders, which are slower than Lane 1 due to proximity to the building. What?? All orders should be taken, made and delivered in order of approach. Once we got our order, after waiting over 20 minutes, we saw a customer who was there before us get quite frustrated because she had been waiting 1/2 an hour. For a coffee?? Unexceptable!!! On top of all this, there are no prices listed anywhere and when we asked for a receipt, we were told that they don't offer them. I can't even get a copy on your new app. This too is unacceptable!!! Products - Good! Service - Bad!!

  i’ve been to this specific location a handful of times now - the staff is always very nice & the drinks have always been good, BUT on multiple occasions now it has taken an excessive amount of time. todays visit prompted my review, i was in line for 1hr10m for 2 drinks. of course you are trapped in line once you’re in the lot so i have no choice but to wait. i was in the outer line & i watched the person who entered the lot right before me go in the inner line & they left a good 30 minutes before i even got to the front of my line. i watched at least 10 other cars who entered the line after me but chose the inner line leave before i did. that is insane & honestly unacceptable. i have no plans of returning now after 2 time wasting experiences. & i’m not even blaming the staff that showed up & are working their butts off, theres clearly just not enough people working during busy times & whoever is prioritizing orders is doing an awful job. (the music in the drive through is also very loud)

  At 8:43ish, within three minutes on 8/52026I I watch a young lady in a red shirt with gray shorts set a stack of cups r side down not sleeved or wrapped on the floor they had all been walking on. She then set those on the counter top for customers. Then we got to Listen to the corporate trainer from Florida tell us about how sick he is but he is to lazy to go see whats wrong with him. Just what you want to hear from the person handling you the beverages you and your family where about to Consume. He then informed us of his work schedule he has left before he goes home to Florida? Drinks were just expensive drinks nothing special. Check the cameras you have plenty.

  Listen I wont give them a 1 star because their coffee is great and the atmosphere with the music is great as well. A couple things I would like to address with your management team. 1. You guys have to fix your backed up lines, blocking off a lane on West Main is not safe. have people pull into the parking lot by Penn Station (cone off entering off West Main) I almost hit a car turning off West Main coming from the light because they didnt wanna lose their spot in line and they stopped in the middle of traffic because they couldnt go anywhere. 2. My daughter and I came through your drive thru last week and the left drive thru was full to the road so we proceeded to the right lane. TWO cars thats all that was in front of us. We got to the pick up person and she ask what we ordered....to our response "Our order had not been taken yet, we were missed" You wanna know how badly we were missed (we infact counted) 12....TWELVE cars in the first lane AND 5 cars BEHIND us all recieved their drinks before we even got ours. No oh sorry heres a free coupon, omg I am sorry for the wait these drinks are on us....It was horrible! Do better
