  I make my coffee at home on weekdays to try and curb spending, but on weekends I like to treat myself. Since trying 7 Brew last month, they’ve been my go to. I haven’t had a single drink I haven’t liked, and the staff is always so nice. Today I interacted with a few workers, but Eve(pretty sure that was her name, she said like Wall-e) was the only one I got the name of. She was phenomenal. As I was waiting for my own drinks, it seems like she was solving problems for customers in the cars behind me that had an issue with their order. I live off of Westnedge near the Berrie’s pancake house, but I will still make the drive across town for coffee on weekends. Thank you!

  I’m not one to go out my way to leave a review but I need to shout out a couple of people and my experience! I’ve become kind of a regular at the West Main 7Brew location and it’s not just because I’m obsessed with my iced Brunette drink, but primarily because of the service and the employees there. Eve and Marissa are a couple of my favorites because they always show excitement when I get there, and are overall such down to earth and personable people. Their enthusiasm and happiness literally lights up the start of my day and it’s always a pleasure getting to interact with them before I start my long days of travel and work. 7Brew is affordable and comparable to other coffee places, and their menu is insane! The location is still very busy and popular so depending on the day, it can be backed up but just remember that’s for a reason! This place is awesome and I don’t think I’ll be going anywhere else for quite some time. Thanks for all you guys do, you guys rock!!!

  I got in line by 7:04 a.m. and I seem to always go in the inside lane. But today I noticed the outside lane moving a lot faster. So when the girl came to ask me my order, I asked her if that was the express lane she said "I feel that!" I didn't think she heard me. So I asked again, "no, is that the express lane?" Again, "no I feel that!" So I said, " no I really want to know if that's the express lane." She looked at me and said "I can come back if you want." Me, "huh? No is just like a small...." then after waiting another 10 minutes another girl comes up to my car and says I made her barista cry! I'm like "what did I say that made her cry?" At this point I've been in line for about 16 minutes, and I'm now running late. I don't need this kind of crap on my beautiful Friday morning. I'm new to buying coffee, I will not be back unless I have at least 30 minutes to spare. And I sure didn't mean to make anyone cry with my simple question. But she needs to toughen up if she's going to work customer service.

  Customer service is absolutely terrible. A young lady with a nose piercing, very tan skin, short, a lot of ear piercings was extremely rude to my respectful and polite wife. My wife did a walk up and this girl took her order like it was a huge hassle for her. My wife asked if her order would be done after the current amount of cars in line or if walk up order is quicker? She rudely grabbed her sweatshirt and pointed at the words drive thru. Then proceeded to say ugh yeah you'll wait like everyone else and won't get your drink any quicker. My wife sat at the picnic table for maybe 3 minutes and got her drink right away. So clearly this young lady doesn't know her job or simply doesn't care about giving customers respect and correct information. Why do businesses allow these kind of rude and disrespectful type of people to work for their business. As I can see from other reviews this definitely isn't the first time there's been bad customer service issues. We will never return here.

  Mean girl behavior at 7brew. Let me start off by saying, I love 7brew and I visit multiple times a week. I also work in service so I really try not to be overly critical. But my experience today was really upsetting, the pace of the line is unimportant to me, but the attitude of the staff was super crazy. The young lady seemed extremely annoyed that she had to take our orders. When I tried to add another drink after ordering mine, the girl taking our order just sighed as if we were bothering her. We even felt compelled to apologize to her multiple times, just for ordering. (She just stood there of course, no thank you’s or ‘have a good day’) I don’t expect for you to be overly enthusiastic at your job at 10am, but it was just a weird interaction. When we pulled up to the front to pay in cash for one of our orders, we were met with a different young lady who was also very annoyed with us, she hardly acknowledged us (and she was also dismissive to her coworker, who seemed new and was asking questions and was very sweet and eager to help, they just side eyed her instead of answering). Whenever we would say thank you, we were met with side eyes. Throughout our visit, everyone just seemed to be very bothered by our presence. Drinks were good, but some manners and polite attitudes wouldve been nice. I am graduated from high school, I dont really need high school mean girl behavior. Just felt super unwelcome overall!
