  I told the lady taking my order I wanted just regular coffee, she didn't know what that was. Another time I ordered 2 German chocolate latte (coconut and Carmel), tasted no coconut at all in either of them. A third time I ordered the tuxedo mocha (white and dark chocolate) and my girlfriend got the cookie butter. Both drinks tasted like espresso with little bit of milk mixed with it. It was disgusting drinks went in the garbage. That's 3 strikes in a row. Not coming back here again. Positive note the atmosphere had a good up beat to it and the line moved quickly.

  This is an update to my previous review: At first iI thought this would be a positive place to get a good coffee or cold beverage. Today, I visited 7 brew and ordered 3 drinks. Still nothing is marked leaving the customer guessing whose order is who. I will say this could be a problem with someone with a dairy allergy as one of my orders was last week. This evening, we witnessed one employee asking if one drink was a latte...the other employees response was "I think so"...wow! Also this evening, We ordered two vanilla cold brews with cream and extra vanilla. Waited just under 10 minutes at the window for these drinks while several others behind us in the second lane received their drinks before us. To make matters worse, when we finally got our drinks.....not a hint of vanilla, just cold brew coffee and cream. There seems to be a lot of confusion when placing an order with an employee with a tablet. Tonight I placed the order using the App and showing the QR code. The order was still messed up. I definitely will not be returning and would not recommend based mostly on the lack of labeling multiple drink orders. We have been going here now for a couple of weeks. I usually get the same thing, but my wife has ordered differently. I have also purchased for my co-workers. The one thing they don’t do is mark the order on each cup. This occurs every time I have been. Most recently, we asked which order was what, we got a confusing stare, then a guess on the order. I give it 3 starts for service. Everything else is a 5 star. I will still be a customer, but this part of the ordering process needs to be improved.

  COCKROACH IN DRINK Today on August 7th, 2026, I got an Iced cofffee from 7 Bree on Gull Road in Kalamazoo. After drinking the entire thing, I noticed a small bug on the ice inside the cup. I took a picture and google said it was a German Cockroach. These being in a drink in the middle of the day is a major sign of infestation, and because the windows and doors are always open to the outside, this doesn’t surprise me.

  Pretty impressed with 7 Brew during opening week! I was in and out in less than five minutes. That’s a sign of well-trained staff, effective systems, and great communication. Of course, they were well-staffed during opening week, which cuts down on wait times significantly; I’d be curious to see if that efficiency holds up after a few months. I’ve ordered both an iced matcha latte with strawberry puree and a frozen matcha latte with strawberry syrup, each with oat or almond milk. Delicious! Great work, 7 Brew! Keep it up!

  This place is amazing! I was getting coffee at Biggby Gull Rd drive-thru, and it was taking forever, so I remembered that 7Brew had just opened and decided to check it out instead. The line was long, but they were super efficient and quick! They took my order on an iPad while I was waiting, and I paid right there. The girl who took my order even asked what I was doing for the day and wished me a happy day, which made the whole experience so pleasant and positive. They also had good music taste, instead of boring retail music!! My order was ready when I got to the front, I had the funnel cake frozen coffee, and it was so decadent and delicious! I’m definitely coming back, and I’ll bring my friends!
