We had hoped it was just an off day or something, but it seems to be the new normal for this location.

Chicken wings weren't very crispy but I didn't specify that so I'll give them a 4 for that. My statement has been redacted. This particular location corrected this misunderstanding and made up for it with the pizza I requested to be replaced and gave me a free 2 liter of coka cola.
