  Had delivery. Missing several items but was charged for those items. Food was cold. Milkshakes were half full. Paid $3 for sauce and received no sauce.

  Horrible. I'm angry about the price we paid and the food was just bad. Don't eat the spicy chicken deluxe. There sauce belongs at Taco Bell.

  Service here is Terrible! Especially for the Jenison location. Managers are rude to say the least, they disrespect costomers. I told a concern to a "manager" there and she wound up shouting to her staff stating that someone was having a bad day, implying that I was. Sad that we can't even bring our concerns to management about their practices. I Could go on, but what difference would it make. Made a call to corporate about them, but corporate must have called the manager first. No one ever realizes that the costomer are the one that keep the corporations in business Update: This is especially aggravating that McDonald's wants me to contact them, even though I contacted them already about these issues before and they never called me like the said they would. If they cared, would they have not contacted me when the issues happen to start with...

  Who ever is making the breakfast burritos isn’t making them like they use too. They are so small compared to when I use to get them. I came to this McDonalds for just the burritos because they were the best and the biggest. Ordered them today and they are the smallest I’ve ever seen and barely stuff in them. Do better!!!!!
