- DBDalton BroughamMay 12, 20261.0Did an delivery order and was missing a burger... it was a pretty big order so i understand its not a big deal. Got credited back for the burger and reordered it. I felt bad because if was for my son so I added an order of chocolate chip cookies so I didnt have to pay for the small order fee. When the delivery was dropped off it was just the cookies again no burger. I tried to call the number listed on here and the "manager" that answered said it was the 1115 chicago drive location. Theres no other number to call so I guess ill leave this review. Had to order my kid a wendys baconator
- MBMichael BrouwerMay 4, 20261.0We ate in and the restaurant was a disgusting mess. We had to clean our own table just to sit down. The floor and counter in front of the soda machine was very sticky. The counter where you pick up the food was dirty and sticky. Papers littered the floor. The cushions on the booths are worn. We had to wait way too long for our food. When food came out the burger was cold. Fries were half cooked. Our large fry container was maybe half full. The sundae’s barely had a teaspoon of hot fudge. Neither the restaurant nor the drive through were busy. When I mentioned to the Manager the issues with the restaurant, none of our concerns were addressed. In the time that we ate our food, no employee came out to the dining room area.
