  Cashier didn’t listen, rang me up wrong, forgot stuff, screwed up food, typed the wrong phone number in and wouldn’t try again for rewards. I reached out to management and did not appreciate the way in which they tried to handle things either, so here’s the review. JJ has lost a longtime customer not only at this location but someone who used to purchase catering orders for my business as well. Taking all of my business elsewhere based on this freaky slow and freaky un-friendly treatment.

  Waited over 15 minutes for subs that’s supposed to be freaky fast just to find out they forgot about me! What great customer service you have

  This location always gets my order wrong. I am constantly disappointed and I love JJ. I finally had to write a review for this location because today just pushed me over the edge. I am 9 months pregnant and was so hungry .... I said turkey Tom and they gave me a little john. On top of that, there was mold on my bread. What in the world?! Usually they don't know what jimmy it up means or forget to add cheese but today was different. I am 100% disappointed.
