  Food here always been mid but the service was insane today. Waited 15 minutes to order and ended up leaving shortly after the people in front of me also gave up on the long wait. They only pay attention to the drive through and as a fast food worker myself we would at least acknowledge the line and say we would be there soon. 🤔

  disappointed i ordered online to make it faster, it wasn’t, then they gave me a dr pepper instead of coke and didn’t give me a fry so had to turn around and go back which waisted even more time staff was nice though

  Corey was exceptional in his service tonight. It almost seemed like he was by himself but yet he gave excellent service that was fast, professional, and accurate. Thank you Corey!

  The food is great! I love Arby’s and I don’t eat out much so that says something. But this place is sooooo slow. Every time. If I wonder in store or on line. And the managers are quite rude. As someone who is building a cares in the restaurant industry I suggest you guys get your stuff together. If a guest walks in there should be no waiting in line. They should be greeted and helped right away

  I used to work at Arby’s when I was younger, and for probably a whole decade it was honestly my favorite fast-food restaurant. The food used to be great. The Roast Chicken Club with peppered bacon was one of my favorites, the Chicken Cordon Bleu was perfect, and even a basic Arby’s roast beef sandwich was actually really good. I have no idea what happened. Now the roast beef is sliced way too thick instead of being finely sliced like it used to be, and the sandwiches just don’t taste good anymore. The Roast Chicken Club is gone, the peppered bacon is gone, and the last roast beef sandwich I got was so bad that I haven’t been back to Arby’s in almost a year. Even the chicken tenders have gone downhill. They used to be really good, but now it seems like every piece has fatty, chewy pieces or ligaments running through the chicken. It’s just not enjoyable to eat. I remember when Arby’s had food that actually made me want to go there. I really hope they make a comeback and bring back some of the quality and menu items they used to have, because I genuinely used to love this place. But right now, compared to what Arby’s used to be, it’s terrible.
