Store was crazy busy & I still got my smoothie in less than 5 minutes and it was blended perfectly all the way through! Staff was very friendly (always are ;) ) & talked about rewards! - MHMadison HamptonApr 21, 20261.0A manager named Charlotte was extremely rude to us. We came in lobby and received glares that might have been associated with our race and age. We tried to engage with the staff and encourage them and congratulate them on their success and hard work and Charlotte proceeded to tell one of her subordinates to kick us out because they can’t clean lobby. I would like to clarify that we were in the lobby 30 minutes prior to closing. I believe if the company presents their closing time at 9 o’clock, I should not be forced to leave until 9 o’clock. I recommend this institution removes her immediately. Shout out to Aleeyah because she did a great job of welcoming us and putting a smile on all of our faces. She deserves a raise.
