  They forgot all my sauces for my nacho fries and my chicken nuggets. They messed up my whole order up and put lettuce on everything when I specifically asked for no lettuce. They barely filled my nacho fries up as you can see and they’re slow as ever the drive-through takes 20 minutes to even get through.

  I have never had a bad experience at a taco bell, taco bell is my favorite place to eat & the food is delicious. But never say never, today's experience was horrible, for 1 we waited almost an hour for our food in the dining area, the employees never came out to tell us the fryers were down or offering to make us something else in its place, 2 I asked to speak to a manager and an employee wouldn't allow it. 3 the pop tasted like it was made with bad water. 4 when my wife finally got her food it wasnt correct, it was a small cheesy potato and not the steak guac fries so we had to wait again for them to make the correct order. Again I dont have a problem with the taco bell franchise but this store and its employees needs a serious make over.

  Janiyah S was absolutely amazing! I don't usually leave reviews on fast food but her customer service was phenomenal! She was very sweet and welcoming, professional, and outgoing! She was a breath of fresh air in fast food customer service and her positive attitude and smile were so nice to see and very appreciated!

  Very sad day for us through the drive-through food was missing sauce was missing try calling in and get people picking up the phone and just hanging it up without even saying anything very terrible service and the food was sloppy sloppy and thrown together. I understand this is fast food, but not fast slop
