- CBChelsea BrownMay 2, 20262.0Never had this before- we ordered online, and went inside to pickup. Long line of 15+ people waiting to order, about 6 people waiting by the order pickup area. Employees seemed like they were tired and burnt out. It has been over 20 mins to pickup my food, while ordering line died down and emptied. Still waiting unfortunately... I don't think I'll be back anytime soon. Edit to add: waited 42 mins from order placed to order received.

She is absolutely amazing!!!!!! I come in there everyday and get mini bowls. They had a huge dinner rush about 20 people in line and instead of making me wait for such a small bowl (she knows my order is super small).. she instead came to me, grabbed the ticket under my name since I pre paid and ordered ahead of time. Literally made my bowl in under 30 seconds and got me out of there. Little stuff like that goes a long way for the business and she deserves all the credit in the world. When she’s not there, you can 100% feel the difference.

Not greeted, employee's completely didn't acknowledge that we were standing in line, they just kept cleaning! They were out of all veggies, sauces , and sides, which we didn't understand because they didn't close until 11pm?? The employee's had on head scarfs and bonnets, COMPLETELY unprofessional! When you work at an establishment please dress accordingly, we don't want to see head scarfs and bonnets!!!! SERVICE was horrible, we WILL NOT BE BACK!
